Strategy Group
The MEAN Strategy Group aims to promote and build the capacity of MEAN to improve access to work for people furthest from the labour market in Midlothian.

The Strategy group also provides strategic direction for the Network and the thematic groups and also seeks to identify and source funding to support the Network.

Operations Group
The Operations Group consists of people who work directly with clients, and is charged with implementation of the MEAN Action Plan.  This group enables workers to share issues that arise, plan joint pieces of work, and ensure that the work of MEAN partners is joined up and effective.
