Training Open Day - 06/12/2007
McSence Communication is holding an open day on 6th December to register students for our 2008 customer service and IT training courses.
McSence Communication offers students the opportunity to gain vocational qualifications and work experience in customer service, office and contact centre environments. The training programme lasts for around 6 months and covers a variety of topics including Customer Care, Telephone Techniques, Health and Safety, Word Processing, Email and Internet skills.
