RIGHTS & RESPONSIBITITES WHEN MOVING IN AND OUT OF WORK.
This course is aimed at workers in Voluntary organisations to give them more confidence in assisting their clients as they consider moving into paid work or need to leave employment. The content of the course is at a basic level and covers ,Tax and National Insurance, the impact of work on benefits, the responsibilities employers and employees have at the start and end of a working relationship.
