Childminding Course - 29/01/2008 Interested in becoming a Registered Childminder, then come along to Greenhall Centre on 29 January 2008 from 7-9pm. The above event will be run over a total of 6 weeks and will look at what is involved in becoming a Registered Childminder. It covers the following: Week 1 - Completing registration form with Care Commission Officer Wk 2 - Legislation and paperwork requirements Wk 3 - Meeting the needs of the child/additional needs. Wk 4 - Health & Safety & the childminding environment Wk 5 - Child Protection issues Wk 6 - Working with parents.
